 RETURN POLICY APS Video must be contacted before any item can be returned. We will issue a return authorization number that must be used. This number is forwarded to the accounting department and used to issue a refund. The return must be sent via a traceable shipping method in the event that the package is lost in transit. Our policy is to satisfy every customer. We offer a 20 day risk free guarantee to every customer on defective merchandise. If your merchandise is defective, please notify us immediately at 803-548-2290 and return the merchandise within twenty days to the address we provide. Defective merchandise will be replaced with a new item of the same type as the original. Returns are accepted if the merchandise is unopened and in its original condition. No returns will be accepted after 60 days. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge up to a 20% restocking fee.
