When your order has been received at APS Video, we will send you a confirmation email. Keep the email for future reference to your order. It will contain an order number that is used to reference your order.

SHIPPING INFO

We normally use UPS Ground Service for shipping domestic orders. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Overnight or two-day shipping is available within the continental US. Videotape orders cannot be overnighted to Canada.

For orders within the continental US, merchandise will be shipped within two business days.

VIDEO TITLES ARE NOT AVAILABLE INTERNATIONALLY

(EXCEPT CANADA) AT THIS TIME.

ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 11:00 a.m. EST WILL BE

PROCESSED WITHIN 48 HOURS.

BACKORDERS

An APS Video title will go on backorder when we are temporarily out of stock on a product. We will e-mail you if an order is on backorder or has been discontinued. If there is a restock date, we will inform you in the e-mail. If not, we will give an approximate date of delivery.

You may cancel the order if the item is backordered. Please indicate the order number in the e-mail or phone message. The cancellation request must be received before the expected ship date.

In the event that a backorder has not been restocked within 10 days, APS Video will cancel the order. We will notify you of the cancellation via email.

South Carolina shipments will be charged 6% Sales Tax.
